Get Ready For An Unforgettable Artistic Feature Exhibition!
As a follow- up celebration of Charlene Mosley’s inspiring “Loving Vincent” workshop in August, the East County Art Association proudly presents student inspired by VanGogh Landscape paintings during the month of September as a perfect addition to Charlene Mosley’s exhibition theme, “Resilient Spirit”. We believe VanGogh was exactly that, a resilient spirit- as we can read through his thought-provoking letters he wrote and his rich and texturous artwork!
This special event showcases expressive paintings by all students who attended the three-hour workshop and learned to paint through the lens of the most celebrated Post-Impressionist artist, Vincent Van Gogh. This set of paintings will be on display September 3rd through September 27th.
JOIN US! For the reception: Saturday, September 27th, 5-7pm and the public is invited to celebrate the achievement of these dedicated students, many of whom have never painted in oils before or never even painted before, period!
Stop by the gallery to experience the amazing artwork these students came up with and support their creative journey in the arts during regular gallery hours: Wednesday 3-7pm, Thursday-Saturday 9a-3pm
